Do these tear off easily?

I pop each end open by squeezing(pinch with thumb and pointer finger) then once I put one end in the hot tea the honey just drips out

does anyone have a pictures of the ingredients? Looking for info regarding food allergies

I can't download a picture to here but the ingredients just says US Grade A Honey. Allergens: packaged in a facility shared by tree nuts, peanuts, soy and wheat products

A little over 1/8 oz. (0.17637 oz.) per stick.
