2023 Ultrasonic Solar Animal Repellent, Cat Repellent Outdoor, Rat, Squirrel, Deer, Raccoon, Skunk, Rabbit, Mole, Dog, Cat, Waterproof with Motion Detector

Bothered our lab (who wouldn't even go outside with these on) more so than the cats. Cats still come around and I've even see them walk right in front of these and not be bothered. People with sensitive ears will not like the sound theses put out. Not worth the price. Bb gun would work much better for keeping cats out of the yard.

I have not seen raccoons or groundhogs near it for the last 4 days. So seems to work against them. Will not keep squirrels or chipmonks away however. I can only tell by monitoring my bird feeeder. Usually a young raccoon comes between 5-6pm and have not seen it. Have not seen groundhogs grazing near the house either. Not sure about the armadillos as I usually only see their damage. Cannot tell yet . So far so good.

Deer came right up to the unit which I placed next to the rose bush, and they stayed and ate the roses.

It does not work. The deer still ate my plants.

I purchased one of these quite a while back. One side light fogged up totally. However, it did work for quite a while. Because it did work, I purchased another. It is sturdy, not flimsy. What I do like is the stake is strong. So often you get an item and the stakes are so weak they break trying to stake them into the ground. Not so with this. That is a big plus for me. It also gives you the option of how short or tall you want it. I do believe it to be a little on the expensive side and until something comes along better and perhaps cheaper, I'll stick with this. The animals that I was deterring were feral cats.

I live near a forest and get rats and raccoons in my garden. So I bought four of these solar animal repellents for my garden because they were advertised to repel rats, mice, raccoons, squirrels, and other critters. I put one about one foot from the end of my 15-foot raised vegetable bed and another one foot from the other end. In between were pepper plants. My plants were about a foot high and growing great...and four days later, the plants were eaten to the ground!At the same time, I put two more of these products in my milkweed garden aimed at ten young milkweed plants about 10 inches high. Within a few days, they we gone!This product is worthless!

Sometimes misses some animals….squirrels. They still enter yard, but do not stay.

We have wild bunnies in our area. Installed two repeller units. Bunnies were not even bothered and kept playing right in front of it. Just returned it.
