I did a lot of research on Android Tablets before choosing this one. The features that put this tablet far ahead of most others in this price range are vital to performance and an overall satisfying user experience. The 10.4” size is pretty great for this price. The processor specs are top of class for this price range, and are the big feature that should be considered when buying a tablet. First, the 6GB system RAM means better performance with gaming apps. 6GB system RAM (vs. 4GB on other devices) makes this tablet more responsive and faster when using most apps. 64GB ROM (built-in storage) for installing more apps, for saving more photos and videos, and for downloading and storing more videos and music, not to mention an SD-card slot with a massive 2TB (Terabyte!!). That’s a huge amount of space. And for video viewing (and gaming), the screen resolution is a generous 2000x1200, which is higher than competing tablets in this price range. And the inclusion of GPS and 4G LTE sim slot for on-the-go data without having a Wi-Fi connection. If it seems like I’m gushing about this device, I am, and for good reason. I find myself using this tablet more often than my Apple iPad Pro. I have a lot of Android games and graphics apps, and this is my go-to device for them. Gameplay is smooth, and the higher display resolution makes this tablet a perfect way to create art with a stylus. For Android art apps, I now use this instead of my highend phone. For the price, I couldn’t find a better, higher-spec tablet than this. All my Amazon tablet research really paid off when I found this ALLDOCUBE iPlay50. I have no negative comments to make. This tablet works flawlessly for me. I do wish I could find a nice case for it, though.

Update Sept 16 2023: I've removed 4 of the 5 starts I originally gave it. This tablet randomly locks up, every.single.day and sometimes several times per day. Doesn't matter if I've just turned it on or have been using it for 15 minutes. Software has been updated and apps are updated.... it doesn't matter if I'm trying to load an app or if it's on the home screen. It just locks up. Sometimes I can't even get it to boot up all the way, but it locks up in the middle & I have to do a hard reboot. The Amazon site says to contact Alldocube for support. When contacting Alldocube, it says if purchased on an external site like Amazon, reach out to them.So, it's junk. If you need something that isn't very reliable --- I originally purchased this for trading options, but the possibility of it locking up in the middle of a trade is too real a possibility to use this tablet for anything but the most benign activities. It's fine to surf the web or read an ebook. However, I have to remember to set a new bookmark ever couple of pages, because when it locks up while reading, it will take me back to where I had started that day...sometimes several chapters earlier.I'll reach out to Amazon, but, since it's after the return window, I'm going to assume this is just $100 burned. Lesson learned. There's a reason Samsung tablets are so much more expensive.Update Sept 24,2023:Amazon agreed to refund me my total cost. I have to say their customer service is outstanding... once you get past the "bot" that has a very limited comprehension. Originally they were going to charge a "re-stocking fee" but when I reminded them this is junk and they can't resell it as is, they quickly dropped the fee. I've already ordered a Samsung tablet for a little over double this cost, but have no qualms about reliability.Original review in Mar 2023:This is a really nice little tablet for a variety of uses. I wanted it primarily so I could access my trading account and stock charts while away from home, as my phone screen just didn't supply the best visuals. I really didn't want to spend several hundreds, and got this on a daily deal for just a bit over $100. Great little tablet! I can run all my e-reader apps on it, as well as connect easily by wifi. It also has a sims slot should I decide I want to use it on mobile service.

It's lightweight and easy to handle. Good picture. Pretty fast. For the price it's a good value. However, the cord is so short and it ticks me off when I have to buy a new cord with a brand new tablet because the company is too cheap to add a couple feet. And the battery life is not great. Which means I have to plug it into the short cord too often. I finally bought an extension cord which works fine.

Super high quality in the hands, either aluminum or magnesium, but feels terrific. Still, get a rubber case as it can be slippery. I can easily hold it with one hand.- Excellent battery. 6000mah takes this device all day, easily, under full use. USB-C charger, modern and fast.- *** FULL PHONE CAPABILITY *** Unlike almost anything else I've seen, I can use this tablet as a 100% full phone! It's a winner why nobody else does this.
