Comfortable and easy to use! This product has really improved my back pain since using. I tend to sleep on my side and don't move around much, so this product has been perfect for improving my sleeping posture. I highly recommend.

I purchased this to replace sleeping with an actual bed pillow between my legs but this is probably even less substantial than that. So, if you have no extra bed pillows in your home and you want to purchase something space saving then this is a great option but if you have extra pillows I don’t think that this offers anything extra support. I was hoping for something a little bit more firm or dense but it just ended up being spending money on something that something I already own could’ve accomplished. There was nothing wrong with it it per se, it just didn’t feel the need that I purchased at for.

I really like the pillow. It helped with my back problems. I started to sleep with it between my knees and it kept my back lined up nicely. Now my pain is all but gone.

It helps with lower back pain. Definite buy.
