I love this I would not mind having the second one very useful not only do I use it for fish, but I use it for other stuff as well. It’s very handy. I use it almost every day. It’s a wonderful item arrived in great condition.

Works great on my cast iron pans

Not really a lot to unpack here. We needed a thin spatula to get under our French toast and scramble some eggs. This spatula does the job well.Functionally it works as expected, getting under food and with its sturdy edge and flipping it. The real test was cleaning it when we were done cooking. This is definitely one of the easier utensils we have in our kitchen to clean whether it’s used with eggs or hamburgers.Durability wise, it seems like it is good to go. Nothing is loose which makes it feel solid in the hand and the balance feels good. The soft rubber strips on the handle make it easy to hold and maneuver without much thought. The bevels in the steel toward the handle give it more strength.The only slight issue I had was with burger and pressed pretty hard with the spatula near the top of the slots and it bent a bit. Not a big deal given the gauge of the metal, and I should know better. All I am trying to say is, have some expectations. It’s made to get under things, not be a meat press.Overall, it really is nice for what it is and a lot of thought was put into the materials and craftsmanship. Just don’t be a brute with burger smashing and it will work great for a long time.

If you love to cook, or even if you don't but have to anyway ;), this is a little gem of a kitchen tool. The fish spatula is like the offset spatula for cake frosting. Essential, and without it, you just can't get certain things done right.Obviously, this is wonderful for fish. That's expected. What really also comes to mind and use for me, are the many times I have something, anything, that is long or wide, and wants to flip off sideways or demands two spatulas to lift, never a fun task.I make a certain bread called Mondel Bread, a Jewish form of biscotti in a way. I love it. To make it is fairly easy, all except for one certain task. You have to turn these fairly large and oddly cumbersome "loaves" three times in the cooking process. To do so inexpertly almost always leads to broken loaves, and this seriously degrades the quality of the finished item. The tend to dry out.This particular spatula is just right to get under the loaf, and get waaaay under it. It offers leverage that no normal spatula can provide.As for the item itself, it's wonderful. Excellently crafted, simple and elegant. Sturdy, stainless steel. Nice lines. Comfortable in the hand. It has a few rubber nubs in the handle for help with grip. Yep, love it!Big recommend. And again, if you bake and frost, and have not an offset spatula, you're missing something. Oh, and a mini whisk. Great addition! Hope this helps!

I really didn’t like that the spatul’s business end it is to thick for eggs, and cookies, which is why I bought it, the handle is to close to the items that are hot, it needs to be higher and be more defined from spatula and handle, I wouldn’t recommend this item, if this is why you are buying it,

I really like to cook fish and wondered if this would work better to flip fish. My regular spatula, just couldn't get underneath the food or it's silicon blade would tear it apart. This stainless steel spatula works a lot better, especially with larger pieces (i.e., salmon, halibut, etc.). The blade is a nice high quality stainless steel that is thin at the front and edges. This is a lot easier to get under the pieces of fish, even if it is stuck onto the grill or oven pan. I also use this with grilling vegetables, such as asparagus, green beans, brussel sprouts, etc. I can flip the vegetables over a lot quicker. The handle is very comfortable to use and it cleans up nicely. It says you can clean it in the dishwasher, but I usually wash it by hand along with some of my other utensils. Given the quality material, easy to use and clean, and the great price, I feel this is an excellent value. It would also make a great gift for any new homeowner, recent graduate, or a mother's/father's day present.

Since I catch and eat a lot of fish, I exclusively use this for its intended purpose - flipping fish fillets while frying. I wouldn't use this in a coated or non-stick pan, but I do all of my fish frying in a heavy duty stainless steel pan that is impervious to scratching so this works perfectly. It is flexible enough to get under the fillet, has a large enough surface area for larger fillets, and sturdy enough to flip them. No complaints here, it works exactly as I hoped and expected it to.

This is a great spatula for fish or anything else for that matter. The design is great for things like flipping hamburgers or frying potatoes the angle of the head of the spatula works great for getting under foods to flip or stir. The handle has a nice feel to it and feel just right. There are 3 small rubber inserts where your thumb goes and make it more comfortable to use. It is a fairly stiff spatula with just a little bit of flex which works well. It is easy to clean most times just hot soapy water and a dish rag if that doesn't cover it a quick swipe with a steel wool or other rough scrubber cleans it up.All in all a great tool for the kitchen and at a decent price.
