Samsung HW-MS750 Sound+ Soundbar

Q: How do I stop this soundbar from automatically shutting off after 5 mins on pause? I am connected to TV via HDMI ARC.

NOTE: The following steps must be completed via the Samsung remote that came with your soundbar. turn on your soundbar and change the source to AUX (the support guy said this config change works best from AUX, but applies to all sources. I've confirmed it fixed the issue for DJN and BT sources on my soundbar since those are the only sources I use) Press and hold the play/pause button for 5-7 seconds. Release the button when you see the soundbar display start scrolling "On - Auto Power Down" - NOTE: when I first tried this step, the display didn't show the expected text so I unplugged the soundbar for 10 seconds and then plugged it back in, and then it worked. repeat step 2 and the display will now show "Off - Auto Power Down"

Q: Does it support 220v?

I recently purchased this product from amazon (shipped and sold by amazon, not only through the site itself) and I can assure you that it works with 220&240v just fine. I live in Kuwait and ours is 240v, and if you want evidence I can send you a picture from the back of the product that it supports 100-240v.

Q: Can you wall mount this soundbar? was thinking something like wali sbr201 universal sound bar bracket since samsung's mounting bracket seems to bend

This product should come with a wall mount. Since it has up-firing speakers for an elevation effect, it needs to stay in a normal, horizontal position. Using brackets like the Wali SBR201 will not allow the soundbar to stay in that proper position.

Q: Having a problem with my tv not being able to pair with my soundbar, followed all the instruction, anyone else having this problem?

Well my HDMI port 4 ARC has failed and will try the Optic cable and Bluetooth next. Optic cable worked will try to debug the ARC later. 8/26/2019
