Acer ET271 27 inch FHD Monitor (IPS panel, 4ms, HDMI, VGA, Black)

A really good monitor. Looks good. Works well. Easy to set up and use. I am running mine in portrait mode on a double stand - easy to set up as it has VESA fittings on the back. However the supplied stand is solid and looks good.

Fantastic value, perfect for MS Office. Great resolution, ook nice with thin Bezel. Highly recommended.

The build quality is amazing and the picture is very good quality for such a good price. However, the reason I bought this was due to the in built speakers but after an initial unit and a replacement unit it appears it actually doesn't have any speakers.All product listings and the Acer website say that it should have speakers but I have found a reviewer and a customer that have the exact same issue as me that is when you click the in-built volume button on the monitor nothing happens at all. Please could the product description be updated to reflect this?

very good looking monitor for the price and a good panel, I'm currently using this as my second monitor next to my Acer XB271HU which is my more high end gaming monitor. Would recommend

I was bought this monitor as a birthday present. Looking at the description provided by Box Limited, I can see the item is being mis-sold. The description says there are 2 speakers in the monitor however, there are no speakers: there is no speaker jack to link the monitor to the computer. The item is to be returned but in spite of it being mis-sold the buyer has to pay for return delivery. Not on -If you don't mind a monitor without speakers the screen is excellent as is the general design - very contemporary. But the screen controls are on the back making it a tricky thing to reach round the back - if you want to see what's going on when something might be altered. The monitor controls are minimal though and all I managed to do was reduce the brightness by pressing the Eco tab. This you do by going down the control buttons until the Eco tab is highlighted. Otherwise, nothing else on the screen seems to be altered - the manual does not tell you how to get to e.g. brightness or volume (tried it before realising there is volume to be had!). So, this respect, the monitor is useless. My advice is go to another seller if you want this monitor or better still, find one that is useful
