Quality product and customer service
This is a high-quality, sturdy soft side golf travel bag for the price, and it is easy and efficient to store when not in use. Please note though that when I first used it on a flight, one of the outer buckles was found broken at baggage claim. I sent the company a note of this incidence and their customer support replied in a prompt manner and took care of the problem with a replacement bag. This seller clearly stands behind their warranty and product that buyers will much appreciated.

Lightweight and rolls well; secures well
I like this bag a lot. It rolls well. You may want to cover up your woods, however, with some bubble wrap or a towel. Other than that, the bag is perfect!

Well made travel bag
Exceptionally well built travel case. Case has plenty of extra storage room for shoes and accessories. Protected clubs well and rolls around airport with ease. Collapses down to a nice size for storage. Would recommend product if you plan on traveling with your clubs!

Great value!
Great bag for the price! My son has only used twice but worked great. The rollers worked well and plenty of space for his clubs, separate compartment for his shoes. Not sure how long it will last but fantastic bag for the price.

Good shipping bag
Worked well shipping my clubs to Florida and back. Nothing broke, and loved having the wheels to help.

It works
It’s not fancy. But it gets the job done. I’m on my second trip with it. Hasn’t let me down. But it’s for sure not high quality enough to last much more.

Damaged after first flight use
Bought because it was cheaper than their competitors. Fits great for the bag I have, as well as has plenty of space for shoes, balls, whatever have you.Pros: spacious. Extra pouches with strong zippers. Cheap. durable on the outsideCons: sometimes falls over, needs to be opened and have the bag adjusted.Internal durability is very poor and noticed a rip after only one flight.Wheels could be slightly bigger, noticed the bag slightly drags if the angle is just right.Edit: Seller reached out to me and offered a 50%- 100% refund, I chose the 50% but had never asked for a refund. Due to this I am raising my original 3 star rating to a 5 star rating due to superior customer service. I hope to see better modifications in the future, but will continue using the bag until unusable
