Works well! Is less harsh that putting an actual ice pack on your skin but it does get very cold the longer you keep it on. You shouldn't keep in on your bare skin for long. Drapes nicely around the shoulders as it has a little weight to it. The outer fabric is smooth and soft. Good size. Comes with a plastic bag for keeping it clean in the freezer. All in all a worthwhile purchase as someone who overheats easily especially in summer. ----------------- Update: this thing absolutely saved my sanity during a heat wave while being on a medication that made me overheat. It cools your whole body down so quickly.

Nothing like this just a very thin cheap half mask in the same colour. Impossible to send back. Total theft

I’ve tried a lot of products for cold therapy and nothing works as well as these! These little cubes somehow manage to stay cold for way longer to an other packs I’ve used. The pack is readily able to conform to the shape of the body as well and stays put once you tighten it with the strap. Overall I’m very impressed! Would definitely recommend!
