Q: How many gallons does it take to fill this up?

Twin is 75" x 39" x 9" = 114 US gallons (431 litres) of air. Queen is 80" x 60" x 9" = 187 US gallons (708 litres) of air.

Q: No manufacturer contact info. My mattress leaks, I’ve past the return date, and the mfg contact info is not shown on their page or the link. Help?

I had mine for over a year and used it daily as my primary bed. It eventually developed a slow leak due to a very small hole at a seam weld. Since it has a 2 year no leak warranty, I went to the web site and filled out a service request. After emailing a photo and providing a copy of my Amazon receipt, they approved a new one and within a couple of days it was delivered. Very happy with the product and service. I am not aware of any other company that has a 2 year no leak warranty. Put the company name in google and you will get their webpage. Go to the service tab and fill out a service request. Worked fine for me.
