Yes I think so. It’s just showing you the box and the tube that’s inside. A bit misleading, but it’s a while since my last purchase.

What are the full ingredients?

I’m not sure what the ingredients are because I ordered it for someone else but it is a very good barrier cream and very effective if used properly

Wound open and bleeding, can this be used?

Yes , but not on deep wounds. It is a sticky product and protects from the affects of urine etc.,on skin that is red or is clearly split or broken.
