Good!
I needed to have the surface pro connected to external monitor for work and have extra ports. This dock is amazing! Does everything! Lots of ports and compact!

Excellent piece of kit
Don't know why I didn't get one of these earlier! Very neat and easy to use. Transformed my surface pro for the office. Now I have big screen, keyboard and mouse. cabled internet and all the USB slots one could use.Only glitch so far is that the screen resolution doesn't change automatically when docked or not..but not a big issue at all.Also like the fact that it's apparently upgradable if/when I get a new surface (4).

Dock damages Surface 3
The fitting of the dock does not fit particularly snugly around the surface as such you get scrap's around the power port and this has lead to poor charge times and difficulty charging. Also it seems to intermittently cause the surface to switch off in the middle of work and start up again.
