The test kit has good instructions and they responded promptly to a question via email. The results came back within a few days. I used my own filtered mask but the included one seemed fine. Recommended.

Prompt delivery. Easy to use although some items (plastic sachets) were not labelled as documented. Many emails and voicemails I sent to them to obtain clarification received no reply over a period of several days. Very disappointing. But test result came back promptly (positive!).

Very Good product. It has very clear instructions how to safely take a sample and post it for super quick analysis. Very happy with the purchase and it put my mind at ease knowing whether asbestos is present in our house or not. Highly recommend if you are thinking of scraping that old artex from the ceiling.

I bought this product to test an old garage for asbestos. The kit came with everything you needed and very clear instructions. My sample results came back very quickly (less than 2 weeks if I recall) with a lab certificate determining if you have asbestos, and what type specifically. I was very pleased with how simple this process was and I would recommend this kit to anyone wanting to investigate any materials they may have around the home, especially before performing DIY or decorating around anything suspicious.

Absolutely brilliant service!I posted my samples (just popped in a post box) on a Thursday using the included pre-paid 1st class envelope. I got my (thankfully negative) results via email the next day (Friday) at 4pm. Can't fault it at all.You get a certificate in the email which is great if you need this to prove that no Asbestos is present such as if you're wanting to sell or to show contractors for renovations etc...Instructions are nice and clear and all of the protection gear is included. Very good for the price, especially if you're getting more than one sample.Highly recommended.
