Hope yours doesn't go out like mine did because it isn't covered under warranty
Parts are extremely expensive and for the price you could get a Norwalk instead. Lookup the price for the filter mesh replacement. Even the motor is cheaper! Hope yours doesn't go out like mine did because it isn't covered under warranty. Meanwhile Norwalk has a 12 year warranty for the same price while Waring gives you just 1 year. You mean for $2,500 you will only stand by your product for 12 months? Regardless of the products performance it isn't worth it when something fails on it plus its lack of versatility compared to a Norwalk.I'm afraid to even try wheatgrass in it since there is no info on if it can handle it like a true dedicated Wheatgrass juicer. Heat destroys nutrients and degrades them rapidly.Remember Waring doesn't even make this. They literally just made a deal with the Italian company Friul to slap "JE2000" on their Iota model and bring it to the U.S.Buy this only if you're doing high volume turn and burn and could care less about top quality juice and can make your money back before it burns another hole in your pocket.

What a disapointment!
This juicer does not do the job it promised. It has a terrible waste disposal bucket that holds next to nothing as far as volume. It gets too much pulp and quits, which means you have to take it all apart and clean it before you start again. It is not an efficient machine. Having to take it apart many times before you even get a gallon of juice. Definitely not for home use for the above reasons. This machine is such a disappointment because I wanted to be able to do a lot of juice at one time and that is not possible. For the price, please trust me this is a terrible waste of your money.

Not worth the money at all.
DO NOT BUY THIS JUICER is my best advice. Bought for commercial use in a small juice bar, we make maybe 25 juices a week. Motor bogs down on hard veggies like beets and carrots, it is not efficient in it production leaving very wet pulp and not extracting all the juice. The switch has had to be replaced and its broken again and no longer under warranty. The shredder disc has gone dull 3 times and had to be replaced at $120 each time and now the strainer basket has torn and that costs over $700 to replace, this unit is less than 3 years old, not worth the $2400 price tag.

Best Juicer Ever
Time after time, I'd buy a juicer, try it out a few times, and find it too much of a pain to use or clean. It would vibrate and travel around the counter. It would be a huge hassle to clean. It would jam easily. It would require cutting things into tiny pieces. No more. I decided to try a "professional" juicer. There really is a difference. In power. In ease of use and cleaning. This fella is well built, and easy to clean. And the best part of this particular model: it's still reasonably sized for a home counter top, unlike the other professional juicers that are about twice as large.Wide input chute. Plenty of power. Solid. Good looking. Easy to clean, inside and out. The only plastic is in the plunger and disposal bin - and I generally just positioned the side chute to point directly over the garbage disposal. It can be turned to either side. Otherwise, it's stainless steel for the juicing chamber and juice chute, and solid metal, easy to clean, for the disposal chute and motor housing.
