Can i use gel nail polish on top of this product

Yes, I love that I can keep my nails much longer with clear gels, then put regular nail polish on top of it, then clean it off with regular nail polish remover and put on another color.

Do I need to clean off stickiness with alcohol after every layer before applying another layer?

No, you only clean off stickiness after last layer, especially if you're using the no-clean top coat.

Does this Product smell bad?

There’s really no smell. When filing off, you can smell the gel a little bit, but no more than any other gel.
