This really really works. I had my doubts at first thinking no way my hair is going to feel clean but it did. The cap is wet inside. You put on making sure all your hair is in the cap, then massage as if you were scrubbing your hair in the shower for about 3 mins. Then cap off and dry hair. As simple as that

I like this item . I am only giving it four stars because I haven't figure out exactly how long I should use the cap. I am a 75-year old black and use a leave in conditioner in my hair. This caps have been getting it out but it seem to be stripping my hair in the process. I'm going to go down to minute and a half and see if that works. Will let you know if it does. But I will continue to buy these because of my physical condition at this time.

I bought these during a time when I was unable to shower to wash my hair. They are convenient but I have long, thick hair and found that they just didn't do a very good job of getting all of my hair clean. They did work pretty well for my mom who has very short hair.

Ordered for myself after hip replacement surgery. Very easy and fast to use . Thought the coconut vanilla scent smelled slightly funky, but seemed to dissipate quickly. Am ordering again and hoping the scent will be better, but not a big issue. Have tried several different dry spray shampoos and they work fairly well, but most seem to leave a residue, and don’t clean scalp These shampoo caps feel like freshly washed hair.
