BALLARINI Portofino Wok, 28 cm

Excellent wok, excellent material and long-lasting quality

Received far ahead of time and product 100% to me expectation.

Very good pan, food does not stick at all, easily cleaned

I have had this wok for two years. The base has warped so that it does not lie on my flat hob correctly. It spins around and is potentially dangerous. It is supposed to have a 10 year guarantee but I can't find out how to resolve this.

Shocking quality, bought this earlier in the year and have only used it a few times but already seeing cracks in the coating.

Je n'ai aucun doute sur la qualité de ce produit car j'ai une excellente poelle petit format du même modèle. Cependant je ne peux utiliser ce wok sur mes plaques induction, en effet, la plaque d'un diamètre supérieur à celui du fond du wok ne fonctionne pas. Cela fonctionnerait sur la petite plaque d'un diamètre inférieur au fond du wok, mais dans ce cas la chaleur ne peut être diffusée de manière optimale.

Non è la prima Ballarini che acquisto negli ultimi 10 anni e posso testimoniare anche sulla durabilità nel tempo, del prodotto. Bella, ben fatta, pesante il giusto, manico in acciaio... senso pieno di affidabilità e non contiene sostanze pericolose per la salute, nemmeno sotto soglie consentite dalla normativa. Attenzione perchè di ballarini vi sono diversi livelli di qualità: questa serie è la linea "Portofino" una delle TOP.Spedizione puntuale e rapida. Ottimo imballaggio.

バッラリーニのフライパンは２個目です。多少重いですが、しっかりしてるし、焦げつきもないです。ポルトフィーノは生産中止のようですが、今度はバッラリーニトリノの小さめなのを購入するつもりです。

Als gelernter Koch kann ich diese Pfanne, vor allem für die aufgerufenen 30,- Euro, wirklich bedenkenlos empfehlen!Die Pfanne ist sehr fertig, das Material ist Top und die Verarbeitung wirklich einwandfrei.Durch die dicke des Materials braucht die Pfanne zwar etwas länger bis die Hitze aufgenommen wird.Es gelingen aber wirklich alle möglichen Gerichte, vom Kaiserschmarren über dicke und dünne Pfannkuchen, Geschnetzeltes oder Asia Gerichte, alles gelingt einwandfrei!Also, absolute Kaufempfehlung :-)

Meravigliosa pentola utile per tantissime cotture. Non un wok vero e proprio, più una pentola profonda e capiente. Resistente e davvero antiaderente. Comprato assieme ad altre della stessa linea 4 anni fa e hanno solo un mezza righetta dovuta ad un mio errore di distrazione. Consigliatissime.
