King Soba 6-Pack Gluten Free & Organic 100% Brown Rice Noodles 250g - 3 Servings Per Pack

I've been cooking with these for a few years now (egg & wheat allergies in my family) and they are fantastic and very tasty. I use them for everything - stir fry, pasta, spaghetti bolognese etc. They are very easy to cook – just pour boiling water over them and let them sit in a pan for 5 minutes. You have to separate them with a fork as they sit in the water otherwise they'll stick together. Would be nice to bring them out in different shapes, like Penne etc, but really I just can't fault them!

Oh yum yum yum yum yum. I couldn't find brown rice noodles locally and having been gifted a Jamie Oliver cook book for Christmas I found out that this, along with avocados, appears to be a theme in a lot of his recipes. I hadn't tried brown rice noodles before and I'm now absolutely in love with them. They're quick and easy to cook, retain a really nice amount of 'bite ' which you do t seem to get with flour noodles and have a nice long shelf date. I was a bit worried when I first saw the pack arrive as I wasnt sure how we'd get through them but I needn't have worried - we're halfway through the third packet already. Each packet has between three and four servings based on the recipes I've been using and I really can't recommend them highly enough. Just delicious. Delivery was quick and the noodles arrived undamaged and as described. Will use this trader again.

Bought to make home made ramen. These have a lovely delicate flavour and an excellent texture that was absolutely perfect. They worked really well with the spicy miso soup base I made up. Will definitely be buying these again.

These noodles are really nice but tend to break up a bit after cooking.

Have used these a lot, I find them a bit fine and easy to overcook, taste good but I’d rather buy buckwheat noodles. They are not bad but it depends on your personal taste. Perfect if you’re looking for gluten free but then so are buckwheat, which are more robust.

I love these noodles because they are made of nothing but brown rice. They are really quick and easy to cook (simmer for 5 mins and rinse) and they are tasty and nutritious alternative for those who can't eat noodles which contain wheat flour. They are difficult to find on the high street so buying them online is convenient.

Highly recommended and quickly cooked. The added feature of Individually wrapped little bundles in perfect portion sizes within each packet is very convenient whether you're cooking for one or several. Can be stored in standard spaghetti jars if necessary. All in all, I'd say they've got everything going for them!

Most closest GF noodle to Japanes Udon noodle. As a Japan national, not having udons were one of the hardest things about going to Gluten-free life style but now I can enjoy it. Successful Tips: Make sure to use plenty hot water to boil the noodles and stir as soon as noodles are added in the boiling water. It tend to stick to each other right away and you'll end up with a big log of noodles if you don't stir well throughout cooking. Don't over cook. 5 min is perfect for me. Rinse with cold water till all the slimy water is gone. Best if eaten as soon as you can but still good as left overs (not in soup). Good cold or hot. Enjoy!

Sono noodle di riso integrale bio. Io li cucino come gli spaghetti sebbene un pò più sottili.. Hanno un profumo che gli spaghetti italiani di riso non hanno durante la cottura. Non fatevi confondere dai tempi di cottura bassi mi sembra 4 o 5 minuti, ma tiene la cottura molto bene. Buona, la compro spesso, ma purtroppo spesso non è disponibile e ad un prezzo un pò troppo ballerino sebbene inferiore spesso alla pasta simile italiana. King soba è un marchio del Regno Unito specializzato nel biologico. I noodle sono prodotti in Cina. Ho trovato questa marca anche in negozi fisici del biologico ad un prezzo maggiore.
