Helped Me See Inside My Ears Clearly
I bought this wireless ear wax removal tool because I was tired of using cotton swabs and never really feeling like my ears were actually clean. I also liked the idea of being able to see what I’m doing instead of guessing.First impression: the setup was pretty straightforward. It connected to my phone quickly, and the camera quality was honestly better than I expected. The image is clear enough to actually see inside your ear without it being blurry or laggy. Overall, I think this is worth it if you want a more effective and precise way to clean your ears. Just don’t rush it and follow the instructions, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I’d recommend it for anyone who wants better visibility and control compared to traditional methods.

Excellent product, very easy to use
I’m very satisfied with this EarVision. It worked perfectly from the first use. The image quality is clear and sharp, making it easy to see without any difficulty. The setup was quick and simple, and the connection process was very straightforward. The design is practical and comfortable, and the instructions are easy to follow. It gave me confidence while using it, and I would definitely purchase it again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something effective and easy to use.

Works well, clear picture, easy setup
It works great. It scared me how much ear wax I saw. I bought this basically as a reference, because even though I was in my ear for the first time in my 35 years on earth, my senses won't allow me to actually scrape it out. I'm too scared I'm near the drum so I'm just gonna go to the doctor and have them clean it. My problem is the package came with extra tools and I don't know what to do with them. Just having them lead me to think they were inter changeable but they are not. They don't attach to the wand so they kind of just are useless?

Bought it because I wanted to see if I had inner ear inflammation, but...
Q-tips are officially for make up and cleaning. The spooly gets used several times a day, and I use the camera weekly. Product is durable, as I purchased this I don't even know how long ago now, and it's still going strong. - It's easy to get set up and use, easy to clean (comes with rubber tips for cleanliness, comfort and safety, but as the only user, I don't like them) and the batter life is pretty awesome, since I don't have to charge it too often. As far as fit? I have kind of narrow ear holes, and it fits just fine.

HUGE privacy issues here...
I can't really say how well this works, because I never went the full monty and used it. I only got as far as the instructions, and then packed it up and shipped it back. Why? It's a privacy nightmare, and LEGALLY, may be breaking American law.I had a similar item that uses the wifi to connect to the device. Since the connection is to the device, and the device can only connect to one wifi connection at the same time, the connection is secure. This ear cleaner uses Bluetooth to connect to the device, but it ALSO requires a wifi connection with "precise location" turned on to work. That makes no damn sense at all. It's technically a medical device, subject to HIPAA compliance. It absolutely does NOT require that the precise location be spammed to whoever receives that data, especially over a non-secure connection, to be used. It should ONLY need the Bluetooth connection, which is private and doesn't leak data. There are a lot of rules about how medical data is sent from place to place, and there doesn't seem to be any effort to follow those rules by the makers of this thing. Hence why it may be breaking the law.Being someone who's interested in keeping my privacy, I packed the instructions back into the package and shipped it back. The written assurances of privacy are nonsense. If they REQUIRE location information to be on for the device to function, then they're at LEAST monitoring where you are for every use. You might not mind that, and that's a choice. But my choice is to not let people know when my devices are being used. Moreover, there's NO guarantee that what you do with it isn't being monitored, and the images you see or saved aren't being sent to that site without your explicit, written consent (both required by law for any medical information).Ear wax may be a weird thing to be concerned about someone seeing, but if this sends a unique identifying code (and it's likely to) with the location information, you can be tracked and your privacy be potentially compromised from this kind of nonsense. This is NOT an FDA approved device, of course. It's a household gimmick. But it does monitor health information, and for that, it needs to be HIPAA compliant. And this is not a HIPAA compliant device since it doesn't use encryption and you don't give explicit consent each time you use it for any PII to be sent to anyone.Be sure to read the fine print. there's no place in the description where it says it requires location to be on, so it's deliberately deceptive, since that's an integral, and important, feature to know about. My OBVIOUS advice: Find something else. This is a privacy nightmare.

Definitely worth the money if you wanna try it out
I gave this three stars because I don’t know if it’s just me or if it’s everyone but the camera that has a light on it it’s hot inside your ear and it burns looking into the camera on your phone. Everything is backwards so if you’re not good with doing things like that it can make it kind of difficult. It was very easy to install the app on my phone. I do try to use it hoping that I am going to get better at it, but my biggest thing that I don’t like about it is that that light does get hot inside your ear other than that I think it works exactly the way it should and that’s the only reason why I gave it three stars. It was charged when I got it. I’ve had it for probably about a week and I still have not had to charge it again so I would say the battery life is really good.
