just opened up and followed instruction , would not charge tried all reset actions still nothing, has been returned

This product is pretty useless really, the battery life is not what’s advertised, mine goes flat in a couple of days, when I leave the car it doesn’t disconnect from my phone, when I get back in the car I have to manually connect it.

These things come in different languages, just because you live in the UK does not mean you will get one that speaks English. Mine has arrived speaking Dutch and I can do nothing with it, as I don't speak Dutch. There is nothing in the start up manual about changing the language, it must be done on line not on the unit itself. vey very disappointed so will be returning this one me thinks.

Item received was a French lanquage model, so after some mucking around (google translate "update") and updating the software following the online instructions I finally understood what it was saying.It works well with Windows Phone 8.1 and Cortanna, although doesn't always understand what I am asking for with excessive road noise. Works well with Skype and the battery lasts a long time having been consistantly left on over a few weeks and used every other day I have only charged it once.

Better than i expected. I bought this for my lorry as a 24 volt parrot system was costing nearly £300. Only bad thing is it is in French, however i am told a simple download will sort this.

Pretty good. Easy to use once you get past the fact it's for French market. Do an update and everything ok. There is plenty of info in reviews on what to do. Car charger only worked once and stopped charging. Traced problem to 'plug' that goes in 12V connection in car. Cables etc all work.

Bought this item for a friend for Christmas he has just advised me it's useless unless you speak French as the built in voice menu only speaks french and there doesn't appear to be a way of selecting any other language.

Voice recognition is a bit hit and miss on this when you ask it to dial a number for you
