Relief for bloating and migraines
I am really impressed, since taking these I no longer get bloated, particularly around my periods, and although I get the start of a migraine they never come to anything anymore. I have been taking them for over 6 months now & I can feel the difference. I’ve just ordered some more!

I suffer from migraines and constipation and since I started to take bio kult migrea I feel much better.I was advised by my pharmacist months ago to take bio kult as I was very dependent on the migraines tablets. It’s not a problem solved but I feel much much better.The price was very good compared to what I normally pay.

I still got migraines but less belly aches!
They’re easy to swallow, don’t have a weird taste and for 60 capsules, it’s a good price. However, I get severe migraines and I didn’t think they’d go but Id hoped they wouldn’t be as bad, but they made no real change to them. They did make my gut health better though! So that’s good but I’d go for the original if that’s the main goal
