Does exactly what it's supposed to do
The review below states that the dial doesn't turn properly. You have to have it facing the right way with the label power facing yourself. And the dial will turn as it should, clearly they didn't try before leaving a review.But apart from that it gives you whole upper body a good work out. Try different positions and don't do a strength you can't handle to prove a point, work up to what you want to achieve and do what you can handle. Overall if you stick with it you will see results.

THE STRENGTH RESISTANCE DIAL WOULDN'T TURN AS IT SHOULD
It would be alright except that the strength adjustment dial did not revolve properly on the arm exerciser that I received. With a great deal of brute effort - which was a workout in itself - I got the dial to eventually turn from setting '20' down to setting '8' where it stuck even tighter and wouldn't budge in either direction anymore. After further thought I disassembled the piston section from the rest and could then turn the dial to another resistance setting before putting it all back together again. All in all that's not very good. I'm nearing my 71st birthday so I wanted this for cardiovascular workouts rather than serious muscle building intentions. To that end, setting '6' provides just the right amount of resistance without me bursting or straining anything in my old age. This device would be great if only the manufacturer had the quality control in place to put them out on the market where they would all function as they were designed to do. A one star rating only seems appropriate due to the experience I've personally had with the mechanical integrity of the exerciser that I received.Eamonn

Rubbish,
A piece of junk,starting to leak fluid from the hydraulic system, and cannot be repaired, bolts need tightening on a regular basis,poorly made,don't waste your money
