Use this type when I was a teenager and now 45 and worked great. Used it a couple of times and build is comfortable and sturdy , also like the different looks . Thank you Vets

What I liked is that it isolates the biceps nicely. Makes a big difference. Also it would be good if the ends had some padding for the backs of your arms. You can probably make something that works but if you have a lot of weight on the bar, its not very comfortable on the triceps.

this is the second product i have purchased from this company the first being a weight lifting belt.this is a solid product. i used it for the first time the other day and i gota say it is worth the money.

So three of us bought 3 different arm blasters. My hubby is very cheap when it comes to spending, so he got this one for $20. My brother got a $60 one and our neighbor bought a $40 one. This one for $20 was literally the same in every area, and was way cheaper. I would definitely recommend it.
