Tasty Gummies For Your Health
I wanted to add beet root and CoQ10 to my daily routine, but I knew I wasn’t going to stick with another powder or a bunch of capsules. These gummies have made it much easier. The flavor was the first pleasant surprise. I was expecting a strong earthy beet taste, but they’re actually enjoyable and don’t taste like I’m eating vegetables in gummy form. The texture is good too, and taking two gummies each day is simple enough that I actually remember to do it consistently. I also like that one serving combines beet root extract, CoQ10, and vitamin B12 instead of having to buy each one separately. The 100 mg of CoQ10 per serving was especially nice to see. I’m not expecting a gummy to magically transform how I feel overnight, but for something I can easily work into my everyday supplement routine, these check the boxes I was looking for. Good taste, convenient ingredients, and no pills to swallow.

Ehh not much change?
These are fine. I haven’t seen much change when eating them. They are sticky and flavor is okay… probably wouldn’t purchase again

Great part of daily vitamin regimen
I use this with the Goli Apple cider and Goli Super fruits gummies along with my centruim silver. I notice a differnece between taking them and not taking them. I take these after my morning workout and an hour before I eat. I feel the Beets makes me less prone to feeling bloated as well.
