Bolle SILIUM+ Clear Lens Lightweight Safety Glasses

I needed to buy some safety glasses for a site visit and I paid extra for the Platinum coating as I know I will be wearing a mask and I don't want the glasses steaming up. I have been wearing them at home today for some general DIY and I am really impressed!!! Having spent years in a Chemistry lab wearing standard issue clunky glasses, these SILUM+ are worlds apart. Extremely comfortable, light weight, adjustable nose bridge to get that perfect fit. I just opened the dish washer and as the steam bellowed out, my glasses remained completely clear! Incredible technology.

I work in the construction industry and these are very good safety specs. They are much more durable and have better scratch resistance than the cheaper options. They are very clear with no distotions and do not affect my eyesight at all; I have had issues with some of the other options that have strained my eyes when I wear them for a while, and so I bought these to protect the longevity of my eyesight. I chose Bolle because I was given a tinted pair last year and have used them right up to the winter, but needed clear ones for the darker days. This is good brand, and I will buy more when I need to.

Wear them Monday to Friday and save eyes from dust and high winds and comes in handy when riding e-scooter home

This has everything you'd want out of eye protection for airsoft - sturdy, and covers everything you want covered. You'd think this is a given for eye protection but I ordered specifically made for airsoft safety glasses from another brand and they had terrible gaps around the edges, easily enough for a stray BB to make it's way in and potentially cause damage. Decided to order these and couldn't be more happy, lightweight and no massive gaps.

Clear lenses and light. However, the lenses fall out when I stored in trousers. They clip back in until I lost one cycling. If not putting into pockets should be fine.

Worth the money they do not fog or scratch

Im Vergleich zur normalen (= auch schon sehr empfehlenswerten Metallbügel-) Silium (< 34 g) ist diese mit < 21 Gramm ein rekordverdächtiges Leichtgewicht, was dazu beiträgt dass sie mit den überraschend biegsamen Kunststoffbügeln sehr angenehm & zugleich sicher sitzt; die Nasenstütze ist etwas ungewöhnlich nach hinten abgewinkelt, was aber den Komfort nicht mindert (& wahrscheinlich für noch stabileren Sitz sorgen soll). Die beschlaghemmende Beschichtung funktioniert anscheinend gut, denn man muss sich schon anstrengen um absichtlich durch anhauchen die Sicht kurzzeitig leicht zu vernebeln. Das etwas rauere „Wischgefühl“ mit dem Tuch lässt mich spekulieren dass man hier wohl umso mehr möglichst mit geeigneter Spülflüssigkeit arbeiten sollte (meint vor allem: anstatt nur trocken zu „schaben“) um dauerhaft von dieser Beschichtung zu profitieren. Fazit: wer den vielleicht noch etwas wertigeren Look der Metallbügel will, nehme die normale Silium; wenn es hingegen besonders leicht & sportiv sein soll, dann diese - beide finde ich exzellent.

Bon produit

Es el segundo par que compro. El diseño es perfecto, se adaptan muy bien y como si no las tuvieses puestas. No llegan a empañarse y cuestan de arañarse. El unico pero es el precio, ya que hace unos años las compre por la mitad del precio que valen ahora, se han vuelto caras

Je les adore

J’ai acheté ces lunettes pour mes activités en extérieur et j’en suis très satisfait. Elles sont très légères, agréables à porter et de très bonne qualité. La visibilité est excellente, même lorsque la luminosité n’est pas très forte. Les verres protègent bien les yeux sans altérer la perception des contrastes, ce qui est idéal pour repérer les mouvements ou les détails à distance. Les branches fines et souples sont très confortables derrière les oreilles, et les lunettes ne glissent pas, même lorsqu’on transpire. Le maintien est vraiment parfait : elles ne bougent pas, ne serrent pas et restent bien en place toute la séance. Le traitement anti-buée est très efficace, même par temps humide ou lors d’un effort prolongé. C’est un vrai plus pour garder une vision nette en permanence. Le design est discret mais efficace, et elles sont faciles à ranger dans une boîte ou une housse rigide. En résumé, ce sont des lunettes très bien pensées, légères, protectrices et confortables — je les recommande sans hésiter.
