As a replacement for an ailing laptop this was an excellent find during the Amazon Prime sale. Easy to set up and holding charge meaning that the mobile work I do has been improved significantly.I would recommend this to anyone as a price-conscious alternative to some other laptops on the market.Both the display and sound quality are excellent, and it also came with a rubber keyboard protector which will be helpful due to the amount of wear and tear that this gets when I'm out and about.

I’ve very happy with this purchase. The laptop works amazingly. It’s fast and light. I use it for work and entertainment usually. I would recommend this laptop to everyone. It has a lot of storage and never lags. The battery life is quite long too as it lasts for several hours. The fans aren't loud at all and work very well. The sound from the speakers of the laptop are quite loud too.I'd recommend this laptop to everyone as it's perfect for any purpose you would need it for.

The Laptop has good specs and performes excelently in all categories but WIFI and Battery Life.The Laptop initially came with wifi integrated but after a week of using it the in-built wifi has completely failed and I was forced to purchase a wifi dongle. This isn't the biggest of problems, but considering this was not meant to be the case it speaks to the reliability of the laptop as a whole.The Laptop also has only a 4-6 hour battery life which makes it less ideal for prolonged usage outside.

Bought this laptop for my Son for University. He already had a gaming laptop but wanted one which was smaller, lighter and quieter. He is made up with this one and was amazed at the power of the laptop for the price we paid. I would recommend this laptop.

I bought this laptop to replace a previous laptop that I had had for at least 15 years. I really can't fault my new Jumper laptop. From selecting power 'on' to ready to use is 10 seconds. The laptop came with Windows 11 preinstalled along with a number of useful personal applications such as bank, amazon etc. all of which come online almost instantly. I use the laptop for home and some office use and am delighted with my purchase.

Persistent blue error messages. Takes an age to repair and restart, or else restarts immediately and then immediately loads another blue screen error message. Last one showed critical operation died. Tried a factory reset, retaining the small amount of data I had and 1 app which failed to resolve the problem. Tried full factory reset, which took ages to prepare and then once started, failed to reset. I suspect system setup has not been properly installed on this machine. I'd like a replacement, and await a resolution from the seller.Since writing the first review, I've decided to opt for a full refund and return the laptop. Jumper have not responded to my request for support and I'd have no confidence in a replacement laptop if it was possible to arrange. Having reviewed the one star reviews, it seems that it is a common problem with some laptops not having been set up properly.

Easy to set-up, decent quality, superb price. Really pleased with this laptop.

Poor laptop, very noisy, dies very quickly when running simple tasks and the worst part is that they sell the laptop as 1024GB and its only 500GB, completely misselling the product. DO NOT BUY if you dont want to be disappointed. This is the fairest review I feel i can give due to the false advertising, however the metal outer case is quite sturdy, thats the only plus.
