Well these are just terrific. I like to go all Paul Hollywood while my dear wife does her best Mary Berry, and with these nifty little baskets, my eyes get that little extra azure sparkle as I turn out well-shaped loaves with a crisp crust and good even crumb every time.One note, however: in case you were wondering, the pattern of the basket doesn't show at all on the baked loaf - the ridges are just to ensure the dough doesn't stick. Mrs Crommers was disappointed that she couldn't see the layers.If baking is your bag, put these baskets in your basket already. It's a huzzah from me!
