Updating review for excellent and fast customer service to help me with the faulty product. A refund was offered and processed immediately when I reported the issue.Alas the headphones I was sent were faulty. With frequent audio drop out and interference when in use on both Android (Pixel 7) and iOS (iPad Pro). A shame as they audio quality when they worked was pretty good for the price. Won't risk another pair given the options.

They are faulty frim beginning, don't last long and the audio turns off by itself. Bought 2 pairs on different occasion and same thing happened both times. Waste of money

The headphones are good quality. Easy control panel to use. To bad there's no clip and the storage bag is definitely to small and sometimes quality of sound is middle O hear some noise. Plus that are magnetic.

These were faulty from the beginning. On every phone call the sound would drop out, I'd call the person back and it would happen again, it was impossible to complete a call using them. There was also interference sounds and a quiet buzzing noise when not on a call or when no music was playing. The interference noise can only be described as the same as when you had a 90's Nokia next to a speaker, and you were about to get a call (if you know, you know!). When just used to listen to music on my phone, there were no issues at all and the sound quality was actually pretty decent, hence 2 stars. Had they been fully functional, I would have been happy with them. I requested a refund, however, I became ill and was unable to return the item in the alloted time.

Headphones broke in 2 months and a few days. If you're remotely active avoid these headphones as my audio has cut out in the left ear bud after a few months, really disappointed considering I paid £20. The cable is really flimsy and just by looking at it I could tell it was going to break and it did.

Ear buds are perfect and sound quality is spot on. Mainly used for laptop and teams meeting. Mic works well and people say it is crisp. No issues with the delivery and happy with the purchase.

Nice sound quality. The cord doesn't tangle as much as the other "rubber" tyoe cords. This is a nice cloth wire cover. Overall pretty nice.

O produto surpreendeu totalmente, eu esperava um fone de boa qualidade, com graves e agudos no estilo da Stage Sound e na verdade veio um fone com um encaixe perfeito a meus ouvidos, o áudio bem transparente e limpo, um isolamento de ruído muito bom até em baixo volume e os graves sensacionais inclusive em volume alto que não perde a qualidade. Vem com uma case para guardar que é muito bem acabada e funcional, não precisa mais deixar o fone rolando por ai, até porque ele vem com um velcro para enrolar e guardar, perfeito.Na questão do áudio, nota 10, ele cumpre além do que promete. Fiz o teste com músicas mais variadas possíveis internacionais (Bob Marley, Quenn, Dire Straits, Scorpions, Nazareth, R.EM.) e nacionais (Raimundos, Matanza, Charlie Brown Jr, O Rappa, Nando Reis), coloquei qualidade máxima no app e ajustei o equalizador, testei por horas e não senti nenhuma dor de cabeça ou enjoo. Testei com podcast, filmes e também vídeos curtos de fala com ótimas impressões. A experiência pode ser melhorada se o seu dispositivo tiver imersão de áudio, Dolby Atmos e um bom equalizador, vai fazer toda a diferença.O microfone tem uma boa captação de áudio, em salas fechadas ele pega barulhos simples de teclado mas sempre se foca na voz ou barulhos mais próximos. Quando testei em rua também se comportou bem.Confortável, o encaixe no ouvido é perfeito, não deixa nenhuma dor no uso inclusive se estiver usando na cama ou sofá, ele não machuca e também não precisa ficar ajustando. A recomendação é trocar a borracha caso sinta um desconforto, eu não precisei, mas a outra pessoa que tive de trocar.Botões são de extrema funcionalidade, embora confunda um pouco no começo, basta um pouco de testes e já aprende, o tempo de resposta das teclas é muito bom. No meu telefone (POCO F4) tive problemas, mas depois fui nas configurações e resolvi, testei em um outro telefone (Mi 9T) e também funcionou muito bem. No meu PC funcionou perfeitamente, até melhor que nos telefones.O design também é digno de elogios, as cores preto com vermelho dão a pegada da identidade da marca e no ouvido eles ficam bem pequenos e discretos. Os fios são revestidos com tecido e aparentam ser bem duráveis, o encaixe é tipo C, e logicamente não tem como ser menor, nada que atrapalhe.Para ligações e conferência é um ótimo fone porque tem um microfone excelente, um áudio bem limpo e vívido, não precisa usar no volume máximo, só quando achar necessário. Nos meus testes em sala e rua tive uma boa captação de áudio e uma boa recepção, a pessoa do outro lado também não teve qualquer dificuldade e nem sabia que eu estava de fone.Para jogos testei poucos, de tiro só o CSGO, de simulador o EuroTruck e tive boas experiências, como é com fio, não há perda então ele vai responder de acordo com os comandos da tela.Para quem procura um custo benefício, esse fone atende de bom tamanho, apenas se você for uma pessoa que trabalhe com áudio profissional, seja um exigente além da conta e procure um fone com características especiais é que deve partir a outro, mas no geral esse é um fone muito bom, eu usava um Phillips que tem um bom agudo e achei inferior a este que é mais completo. Extremamente satisfeito.
