I am the Queen of locking myself out of places and this contraption saves my butt over and over. It has an auto-lock feature you can set so you never leave your door unsecured, you can set different codes for different people, or a one-time code for the guy coming in to service your furnace. Love this produce! I purchased door knobs that can be programmed to take different keys, so the key that comes with this lock now works on all entry points. You won’t regret this purchase… I sure don’t!

The media could not be loaded.  I did a lot of research on different types of locks. I didn’t want to spend three and $400 so I looked at all the reviews and ended up buying this lock. It was very easy to install although I did have to make the strike hole bigger because it’s electric so it has to have a perfect slide. Set up was absolutely 100% intuitive Very very easy. Took about 10 minutes to set it up. I am a little bit taken back because it is called a Wi-Fi llock but I did have to spend $40 to buy the gateway to be able to remotely unlock. This lock does come with two key fobs which are super cool for easy entry and you can easily create temporary pins all in all I highly recommend this. Four stars because I had to spend 40 more dollars on the gateway.

Works pretty good. Finally realized after reading the instructions that I can lock it without the app. Won’t say how so you have to read it too. You can find the manual through the Amazon listing too. Bought extra key fobs for the kids and they worked on it too.

I was having problems connecting the door lock to my phone, but I contacted customer service and they were able to help me fix it! They were super responsive and gave me quick replies. I was so grateful for that!The lock itself is nice but the finger touch pad isn't sensitive, you have to really hit it for it to activate. You also can't lock/unlock from your phone unless you are near it

Got this last week for my new home. I love this so far, easy to install and simple. I let my wife install this and with out my help, Instruction easy to understanding.I check other brand the prices more expensive and the lock not much different then this.Soooooo convenient. Don't need to worry about if I lock the door or forget the key. I especially love the fact that it has so many different options to unlock the phone. My kids are so excited too. Make it so convenient for all of us. I wish they have the QR code for installation video in the front on the Manuel. Found it after I installed it when looking for the app for the lock. Lol

Some functions work sometimes. Other functions never work.-auto lock never worked-keypad worked intermittently-battery retention springs are very flimsy-after updating firmware nothing workedHorrible!!

This is my third Zowill lock, and I really like the brand. I love the various options for unlocking, although this is missing my personal favorite (fingerprint). The form and finish on the lock are quite nice, and the key cylinder is as good as the name brands.One thing to note is that you'll need a WiFi gateway that is installed near the lock which will connect via Bluetooth to the lock and make it accessible via the Internet so you can control with apps. Otherwise, you can always connect to it via Bluetooth and control it when nearby.It's a great lock, worth a second look!
