GJEASE Cat Water Fountain, Ultra Silent Cat Fountain 2.8L/94oz, with LED Light, Activated Carbon Filter

Very quiet. Easy to assemble even tho' the instructions were not the best. The motor wasn't running at first, but we disassembled it (according to cleaning instructions) and when we put it back together it worked fine. Maybe the wheel/gear wasn't catching at first. Cats have not drank out of it yet, they are still just looking at it, LOL.

Update. The seller contacted me and sent. New motor. Connected it and automatically started working. Thank you seller for reaching out.———————————————————-I tried everything to make it work. Did not work. no directions on how to work it.

Received item damaged. Replacement came & works great. Both items were received next day. Replacement was easy to manage with no problems.Item works great. Easy to follow instructions: to set-up, use, clean & replace filter. Extra filters sold separately so I can continue using this Cat Bathing/Drinking Fountain for years to come. SUB powered. Easy to disassemble, clean & reassembled as needed. Blue light glows, but not not too bright, lighting the unit all the time. Red light will flash instead of steady blue light indicating the water level is low. Water bubbles up to top of unit & goes through the other dishes without splashing.Found out my 2 cats drink at different levels. Also my 1 cat uses water for bathing it's paws. Now this can happen easily without needing to change the auto fill water dish daily due to litter making it dirty, thanks to the filter!Awesome product!!!

First order the motor didn’t work. We got a replacement and the motor died in a month. Seller was prompt in replacing the bad motor and very easy to work with. Overall it’s a nice quiet fountain and easy to put together.

I bought this for a 2 kitty household and it has worked great. Both cats can drink from it at the same time since it has multiple levels. Also, I noticed the light turns red when the water level gets to a certain point so it is easy to tell when a refill is needed. I had a minor issue with the first one I received, however after reaching out to the seller, it was resolved quickly after getting a replacement. Apparently, you it is recommended you change the filter every 2-3 weeks which seems to often for me, but I think using filtered water will help prolong each filter use.Also cats can be particular about these as I had purchased a steel water fountain, but did not want to drink from it for whatever reason. I would definitely recommend giving this one a try!

9/22/2023 Update - The replacement pump stopped working too. Dropping this back down to 1 star. Got a similar pump from elsewhere and put it in. The one I sourced myself is working fine, so far. Until GJEASE gets their pump quality control in better shape, I cannot with good conscience recommend this product to anyone. I'd drop the rating to zero stars if I could. The best service in the world doesn't mean a thing if your product just doesn't work reliably.9/20/2023 Update - The seller has been great working with me, and sent a new pump out in just a matter of a couple days, so I've bumped my initial review up from 1 star to 2 stars for their great service. That said, I'll try to come back to update this again if the replacement pump is still working in a year or so, and bump it up some more at that time. The quality and longevity of the pumps in these pet fountains is of utmost importance, so if the pumps consistently fail after a short time, the product as a whole really isn't worth it. Also, the seller did clarify that the pump should shut itself off when the water is low to prevent itself from burning out (that's when the Red LED lights up so you know to add more water). So again, it's possible the first pump I got was defective as a fluke. The longer the new pump lasts, the more stars I'll give later when I update this review again in the future.Original Review (9/14/2023) - When I got this, it looked like it would be a great replacement for my previous CatIt brand water fountain since it had bowls at different levels of height for my cats to drink from. Sadly, the water pump in it died after only about two weeks of use. I got it on August 27th, it died on September 12th.What I don't understand is, the pump has a built in water sensor that changes an LED light from Blue when there's plenty of water, to Red when water's low, so why couldn't it also have a built in switch to turn the pump off when water gets low so that the pump doesn't keep running and damage itself? In any case, I'm giving up on cat water fountains for good now because of this. The first one I had (I don't remember the brand/model) lasted for about three years before the pump died. The second one I got (was the CatIt brand fountain mentioned above) only lasted about 1 year before its pump died, and neither one of them had a water sensor built in like this one does. It's possible I just got a one-off freak defective pump with mine, but I'm just too fed up with these things not lasting long to deal with trying to replace it now.

I love this fountain for my 3 Chihuahuas and 3 cats but it gets dirty so easily and flashes red every couple of days. It's hard to clean the motor and propeller which is the only way to get it to work again. The multi- levels are perfect for all my small dogs that are different heights. Each one has its own favorite bowl part that they drink from. But the need to disassemble and clean it so often is a huge pain! The filters are easy to install but you need a tiny bottle brush to clean the motor. I love the idea but it's needs better execution.

My cat started drinking water right after I put this fountain beside his wet food bowl. The pump is a bit weaker than I expected, still pumps to the top bowl and does the job. Runs quite and doesn't make any splash around.Hope the pump lasts long.

Very quiet like others have said.It makes a grindy noise when the water's low. We just kept the little yellow sticker on it for the fill line.It doesn't splash at all. The water fountain doesn't go very high so that cats aren't afraid to approach the water and drink.It's easy to take apart and wash if needed. Assembly was very easy as well.I highly recommend this fountain.Update - May 9, 2024We've had the fountain plugged in since we got it. It gets clogged with cat hair at times, but you just lift the top part off and clean the hair from the filter or pump and it's fine again.I've noticed that the water doesn't seem to flow as high as it did when it was new. It's nosier when close to empty too. We haven't seen a red light, which means it needs refilled, we just hear it making noise and add more water.We're thinking it may be about time for a new pump. - Seems to be more cost effective than getting a whole new fountain.

I was so very excited for this fountain! Sadly when I was ready to turn the pump on and be happy for my fur babies having running water to drink.I do like the design of the fountain, the different levels to drink from are unique and easy for my cats to access.Only thing is the pump did not work right out of the box. I did take it apart and see if I could fiddle with it and I managed to get it to work a couple of times while submerged in my sink, however it would be impossible to do the same while in the unit itself. Once I unplugged the pump and plugged it back in again to see if it would continue working, alas, it did not :(I love the fountain, so I'm going to try a replacement pump for this fountain which I found herehttps://a.co/d/1DFgeRiIf that also doesn't work I will have to just return all of it for a refund and try another product.I will update once I get the replacement pump *fingers crossed*

Received this fountain a day ahead of scheduled date. It was easy to assemble and should be easy to clean although I haven't cleaned it yet. Both cats are drinking from it but one seems to like it more than the other. It is EXTREMELY quiet....can't hear it operating at all! Even though it is all plastic, it seems to be quite heavy and has a solid base. It bubbles the water up to fill each 'bowl", it's not a high water spout.....which is good for my cats because they are both nervous Nellies. So far so good and would reccomend it.

Cats loved the fountain but the pump stopped working after 3 months. The company refunded me money to replace the pump. I will update my review in a couple of months. FingersCrossed the new pump works longer.
