I haven't used it much, but it is comfortable and seems to be made of durable material. Its carrying bag is excellent. It fits the bar quite well.

Excellent quality

PROS: Cute color! Great quality for price. Thick padding for comfort . I use for hip thrust on smith machine. It has grips on the inside so the pad will NOT SLIDE around like some others do. Stays in place! CONS: Smith bar is too thick which causes mine not to fully strap onto Velcro. Refer to video. But does not come loose! Besides the Velcro situation; no other issues , highly recommend!!

Barbell pad is as advertised. Thick, dense foam offers great cushion and stability when performing squats or calf raises, while the nylon & velcro cover keeps it securely in place. The contour in the center where it rests on the neck offers additional comfort.
