I purchased this product in July 2023, and it does not work all of the time. i would like to get a refund or replacement. pl respond immediately..

Works great!! Dead battery on arrival
Programming was simple and remote works great and has good range. The battery was dead on arrival and had to be replaced before I could program the remote. Would have gotten a 5 if not for the battery.

Didn't work.
Tried to link it multiple ways. Just tossed it in trash. This is a good one to pass up on.

Works but missing parts
It came without the directions, the tiny screw that holds the lid on, and the mini-screw driver. It does work - so there is that. And I like the small size.

Crazy remote
This remote is impossible to program, the instructions are all screwed up, need an engineer degree program, very complicated.

Perfect!
Works perfectly! Just read ALL of the instructions and it's very easy to setup! I had it setup and working in less than 10 minutes! Opens my garage from the street so it's has nice distance for the remote. Great bargain too!
