Decent build to kill time.
Not a difficult build, but pretty fragile.

If you have the lego guitar put this next to it
This violin model is pretty cool and really quite big. The strings are a little bit thicker than what is needed but they do work. I read a few reviews about the bow being terrible. It's definitely not great but it doesn't just fall apart or break when being handled. When you get to it I suggest measuring the "string" and cutting it to just a little over the length listed in the book. I did not do this and it did make it a bit more of a struggle to put together and its not very taught when assembled. What else? The instructions are very good and easy to follow. I did receive a broken piece with my set, but as I expected, I reached out to Nifeliz and they promptly sent me a replacement part plus a couple mini-figures. I've had to get replacement pieces a few times (not anymore than Lego) and the company has always been great to work with. It takes a little bit longer because the stuff comes from China but you can definitely feel good about your purchase even if pieces are missing or broken. If you're looking at this and wondering if you should order it I would say definitely order it. It's 100% worth the money.

No more Nifeliz for me. Will stick to the name brand.
This was my 2nd Nifeliz and very similar experience on both. Many pieces don't go together well, pieces/sections fall apart and generally a very frustrating experience. After the neck of the violin fell off for the third time I tossed it in the trash. This was after spending hours rebuilding the body because even the slightest pressure would cause pieces to "implode". It wouldn't take a ton more pieces to keep this from happening.Nifeliz skimps on design and pieces which causes the set to tend to fall apart in places that it shouldn't. I've often wondered why the name brand builds are so robust internally. After these two frustrating experiences I won't be wondering any more. It's so the models don't fall apart as they are being built.I ended up pulling it out of the trash, boxing it back up, and returning it. Amazon doesn't get to get away with selling crap like this.

Building Beautiful Tunes, One Block at a Time...
The media could not be loaded. I recently had the opportunity to build and play with the Nifeliz Violin Instrument Building Block Set, and I must say, it's a delightful combination of creativity and musical fun!First, let's talk about the building experience. The set comes with all the necessary pieces and instructions to construct a miniature violin using building blocks. As a fan of building blocks and puzzles, I thoroughly enjoyed putting the violin together. The pieces fit snugly, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was like solving a musical-themed puzzle, and the sense of accomplishment upon completing the violin was truly satisfying.Once the violin was assembled, it was time to see if it could produce some sweet melodies. While it may not have the same resonance and sound quality as a real violin, the block set still managed to produce some charming notes (Just kidding), although it was a joy to pluck the strings and create simple tunes. It's seems like a great way to introduce children to the world of music and spark their interest in playing a musical instrument. What makes this building block set even more special is its attention to detail. The violin design is impressive, with intricate features and realistic elements. It truly captures the essence of a violin in a playful and miniature form. The set also includes a display stand, allowing you to showcase your completed creation proudly. This building set isn't only a fun and creative toy but also a great educational tool. It promotes hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills. It encourages imagination and musical exploration, fostering a love for music from an early age.In conclusion, this building set is a fantastic choice for music enthusiasts, building block enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a unique and engaging toy. It offers the joy of building and the joy of making music, all in one delightful package!

Great present!
My daughter starts violin this year & I ordered this for her as a surprise. She spent an entire day working on it and still hasn't finished it, but it was well worth it to see her light up and be hyperfocused on it. She is 12 and it's got her fully engaged, following directions step by step. Huge help in that department as she often rushes things and skips steps.... can't with this :)Love the size of it too. I can't wait to see it finished & for her to have a cool souvenir to have as she learns to play the actual instrument. Well worth it in my opinion.

Fascinating build a few quirks from greatness
This is a very inventive kit that does some really interesting things with building blocks.THE BLOCKS are pretty solid. Aside from some flex on some of the big flat pieces, they are almost indistinguishable from the Danish big brand. There are a few technic pieces, and the strings are rubber tubes, but the rest is block. Nifeliz uses good quality bricks, so this is expected. If I mixed a bunch of these in to my parts bin, I wouldn’t notice that they are not branded.THE INSTRUCTIONS are really, really good. They go step-by-step, using only a few pieces at a time, so it is easy to follow without getting stuck. Nothing special to say here, except that they are high-quality.THE BUILD is mostly exceptional. There are some really clever techniques used to create the F holes, and to attach the neck. The headscroll is pretty convincing from a distance and the overall shape is spot on. It is a lot of fun to see how they made such a familiar shape with blocks. This is also where my complaint arises. You build it one side at a time, and some of the center parts get pushed out of line or come loose as you’re putting pressure on the sides. This tends to collapse the F holes which are hard to restore when completed. Additionally, a few of the flat pieces used for the larger sections of the sound board skew when you put things together. And the bow just stinks. All that said, the final product is a great display piece that is well worth the money.
