Will this work with a Craftsman C3 inflator that has lost ability to stay attached to a valve stem? Any tricks or just cut, install & clamp?

It should work fine. No tricks. Most air hoses are the same standard ID and OD.

Will this work with 3/16th inside diameter hose?

Don't think so, but worth a try.

Is this a closed chuck? As in, when i remove it from the schrader valve, will it still allow air to pass through it from the compressor?

I believe that the air will pass through.

Please tell me the barb od is 1/4”, not the id?
