I didn't think this would do much to help my painful muscles but boy I was wrong. It did a great job. Once the cream was massaged in, it went lovely and warm and eased the pain massively. I wasn't keen on the smell but that's a small price to pay really.

It doesn't work for me at all. I made sure to use up the whole tub before leaving a review. I wanted this to work so bad as it is a decent price compared to others I've tried/use. It might be the right product for others but I think my pain might just be too high for it to be effective. Perhaps I'll give it another try. I'm unsure.

The best pain relief, better than all the ones you buy in the shops/chemists, works really fast, I will definitely recommend it.

Be careful how much you apply - only needs a little to feel the effect. Lasts up to an hour but applying a TENS machine afterwards re-energises it.

I do a reasonable amount of running and often find I have aches and pains in various parts of my body. I prefer not to use anything like Ibuprofen, I prefer to let my body fix itself.That said, a bit of help is always welcome and I tend to use either Deep Heat or Deep freeze. The former is just to horrifically stinking that I use this as a last resort.I bought this stuff 'Rennelyn' and was really pleased with it. It's just like Deep Heat but a) doesn't smell, b) has a pleasing texture (a bit like Jelly) c) doesn't leave any residue.One word of advice, use it sparingly as it does exactly as described - it gets quite hot - especially when you put too much on. It doesn't need much at all. If you use just a little bit, it warms the area up nicely.Overall, this is a good product and I wouldn't ever go back to the competitors - there's just no need.

Fantastic pain relief gel & only need a very small amount to get a great deep muscle tissue heat.Works best if its massaged really well into the sore / stiff area. Can be painful to have it massaged in, but the relief afterwards, means it is worth it.I'd had have lower back pain for over 30yrs & tried lots of different lotions & potions!This gel has given me the best muscle & stiffness pain relief I've had for years. So much so, i've bought more extra to have in my holiday suitcase & even in my laptop trolley case for when I'm going to meetings where I may be sitting for long periods of time. I dont go anywhere without it now.

I thought I'd give this item a go. I already use other natural remedies, which seem to work well. But this one didn't do anything for me personally. No effect whatsoever and I've used it a few times.
