Sweet & Simple Needle Felted Animals: A Step-By-Step Visual Guide

I’m new to needle felting and was looking for a book to help me get started. This book was perfect! Clear step by step instructions with photos from front and side of the adorable animals you can make. Many great projects to choose from. Grabbed some wool and got started on my first project! Highly recommend.

This book is a great introduction to needle felting for the beginner. It has in depth instructions for making some darling animals. I wish I would have had this book when I started my first project. What make this different from many of the other needle felting books for beginners is that it has front, back AND side views along with ruler lines to tell you all dimensions and pictures/templates of the actual size of the parts. Most books have these views but don't really tell you how thick the pieces are.

This book is perfect for a beginner and those who have done some felting. It is very easy to follow the directions with the illustrations. Lots of great tips.

Good book for beginners and those with some experience. Covers the basics including supplies and technique. I like the photos that are the actual size of the various animal parts. I'm looking forward to making lots of adorable animals.

I bought two other books and watched a lot of videos and was about to throw my needlefelting tools in the trash but this book breaks things down to a simple level with easy to understand instructions. The sample included in the e-book does not show how well things are broken down into steps with lots of pictures and templates.

Finding a good needle felting book in English can be hard but this one is great at covering a range of easy to make felted animals. Simple to follow instructions and pictures, perfect for a beginner felter.

O livro é cheio de fotografias ilustrando cada passo do processo. E tem boas dicas. Muito bom para iniciantes. Os modelos são do tipo "fofo"e não "realista", por isso é um bom começo.

El libro está en inglés pero con muchas fotos. Aún no he hecho ningún proyecto y no puedo decir si será fácil de seguir. Bonitos son los proyectos enseñados.

Il libro è ben strutturato ed ha molti progetti da copiare. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è scritto interamente in inglese ma comunque facilmente comprensibile

Ich habe mir das Buch aus GB bestellt, weil ich bei dem "Blick ins Buch" so einen guten Eindruck hatte. Und der hat nicht getäuscht!! Ein ganz wundervolles Buch, allein das Ansehen ist so ein Genuß und für alle Tiere gibt es ganz ausfürliche Step-by-Step Anleitungen mit ganz vielen Tipps. Jetzt heißt es üben, üben, üben, damit ich dann auch mal so hübsche Tierchen filzen kann, aber so habe ich im Herbst / Winter dann was zu tun. Der Versand aus GB hat übrigens wunderbar geklappt - würde ich immer wieder machen!

I read a lot of good reviews about this book before buying it, and had a "look inside" on the website, so knew what to expect from this book. I am currently making the miniature dachshund and the book is so easy to follow (I'm a beginner) with every step photographed and explained. It even gives you how much wool to use for each part! It also has patterns for each animal so you can check how yours looks against the book. All in all, a very helpful book with lots of lovely things to make. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in needle felting, especially if you are a beginner, but would suit more intermediates too.
