It works.
The factory screen crumbled and our local Dyson store couldn’t help us replace it. This does the job just fine. It’s a bit fiddly closing it together at first but the effort is rewarded with a secure fit.

Impossible to close & wrong color sent
I had ordered the metallic version, which cost a little more, however, a black one arrived. In addition, it is impossible to close the piece allowing it to stay securely on the blowdryer. Super disappointed.
