Very Good Performance
I have installed this on my GMC Savana. It is Powerful and has managed to pull almost every 4x4 that I was rescuing. built quality is good. just the front bolts got rusty so maybe they need to use some good coating for it. otherwise the winch is excellent.

Goood!
Good build quality, easy to install. Had a bit shorter length positive red cable, had to be really inventive to reach battery terminal on the Jeep Wrangler Sport(maybe just my setup).

Great in terms of power, size, weight. We will see how long will it last but from the quality and materials it seems it will stay for long

Install wasn’t too bad and the quality is nice! It looks amazing! Instructions are good and it functions fine. Haven’t used it for a recovery yet but seems like it’ll work great. Installed on my Amazon knock off Mopar steal bumper! I highly recommend removing the grill during install, makes the wiring much easier. Also install new headlights while the grill is off, the winch has to be unbolted and slid forward to get the grill off. I mounted the winch first and then a few weeks later had to unbolt it and slide it forward to get the grill off to install headlights. The bottom 4 bolts that secure the winch are the most difficult part.

I have been running this winch for a couple of years now on my Jeep JKU without any issues. The wireless remote always connects quickly and it has been problem free. The winch rope it came with worked great, no issues other than it becoming stiff when used, i just work it a bit to soften and to remove any weird set it took. You also need to keep the rope tight on the spool or it will do weird things, but that's just synthetic rope 101. Out of the box, you do want to tension the rope on the spool, mine was pretty loose on the spool. Lots of youtube videos on the different methods used to do that. While i did end up changing the rope out for something else that didn't stand out so much, the rope never failed me. The ropes final act before being converted into an extension was to assist me with the install of a rear offroad bumper. I needed to apply pressure to one side of the rear bumper as i torqued the bolts in order to get it centered and lined up with the fenders, and to apply a couple weld beads to make it really solid due to a wierd design/mounting choice they made (smitt XRC). I thought about using one of my recovery rings and another vehicle parked in front of the jeep do do it proper, but i opted to see how well the rope handled the abuse. No issues, no fraying, no signs of the rope being compromised. I also used a couple rope sleeves to prevent snagging as the rope was routed under the vehicle. It did rub a little red/orange on the fairlead but it did what i needed. Once i retired the rope from winch use and converted it to a winch extension, i needed to convert one end to a soft loop. Watching some youtube videos i had no issues following the process and running the rope through the strands and into the center. The winch itself has been performing well, and i can stand at the maximum length of the rope and experienced no connectivity issues. Helpful when changing the winch rope and trying to keep some tension as i load it onto the spool. Only complaint with the winch, it's a little slow. Likely due to the gear reduction, but it is slow. Even slower when loaded. Dangling on the point of near annoyance while the winch is dragging the jeep up a hill. Me wondering how hot the winch is getting while i clear a couple feet. The red rope also started to turn orange, it took it a good year and a half before i started noticing the hue difference between parts exposed to the sun, and parts protected due to the position on the spool. Being that it's red, it's not surprising. The red color was already close to orange as it was. I do like how visible the rope is, it doesn't blend into the background. Anyone coming by will sure notice it! The winch design i also find attractive, strong brand "W" vibes. Sizing of the winch body was also perfect for my bumper. It fit into the hole like it was designed for it. And sits nice and low like i wanted. Having a winch is even more handy than i thought it would be I use it around the yard/property to rip out trees and bushes. And most recently i used it to straighten a bent piece of 1/4in thick angle iron. Parked the jeep on top of the steel, then used a tree saver and a recovery ring to have the pully pull from a different angle. Even if your just looking for a winch to complete the look or fill a hole in a winch bumper, you will probably find lot's of uses for it that don't involve recovery! I would 100% buy another one of these due to my experience so far and the price.

I’ve had one of these on my 2002 Jeep TJ for over a year now and it has never failed. Just bought another one for my Jeep JL. Using a snatch block and anchoring my TJ to a large tree, I was able to roll a full size truck back onto its wheels that had flipped over and the winch never got hot.
