Q: What is the angle of the edge on this knife? What should I use to sharpen this knife?

I'm not sure what the angle is but because this knife is a scandinavian grind with a convex edge I have seen a video on YouTube that recommends getting an old foam mouse pad and a fine grit sand paper and laying the sand paper on the mouse pad and dragging the blade backwards in a stropping motion. The foam mouse pad will allow you to hold the proper angle and press down enough to still work the entire grind with the correct amount of pressure. That has been the best solution I have found but do a search for sharpening convex grinds first, you may find a better solution.

Q: I asked earlier about the etching "Made in USA", to be more direct does this one have it on both sides? The new tan ones do..

The tan one I received about 2 months ago has it on one side of the blade. Not sure if this makes a difference, but this is an amazing knife if you are a knife person and know how to safely use one as a tool for a million things. It's hard to put it down!
