KNITPRO80 cm x 2.5 mm Symfonie Fixed Circular Needles, Multi-Color

This is the third needle I’ve had from Knit pro in this rosewood. It looks beautiful and is nice to knit with until ...... it’s just not strong enough. It has split exactly where the veneers ( if that’s what they’re called) meet. I’m hoping Amazon will accept a return. I bought these in May and it’s now October, but knitting needles should last for years - wooden or otherwise. I think I’ll have to stick to Knitpro Zing in future (the metal ones). :-(Update: Amazon are replacing it for me, though I'd have preferred to have had it replaced with a Knitpro Zing (metal) as they don't break for obvious reasons.

Beautiful little needles, very smooth and light and stitches are easily skipped from thread to needle. My first attempt at knitting on magic loop method using these made my first knitting socks a tremendous success, so much so I have bought a full set to replace my old straight needles.

Got the new knitting needles.How I can describe my pleasure to work with its? Exellent!The loops doesn't slip off from needl, doesn't cling in plase were wood connect with metal.The needls as beautiful as jevel.Colored, silky, smooth.I have thrown out all my metal and plastic without any bit of regrets.

As a new sock knitter I wanted to try magic loop, these work well for that with good flexibility in the cord

I am a fan of KnitPro Symfonie interchangeable needles and as I have started to knit socks I decided to invest in their fixed smaller needles. I have found the 80cm length great for knitting single socks using the magic loop method. The needles are smooth and strong allowing the yarn to move across the join with no snagging. I will be buying other sizes to extend my collection.

I used to love knitting with these needles as they feel great in your hand and have just the right amount of flex and grip, that is right up until they snap. I've had every single pair I lave owned (5 pairs) break on me eventually. I've got a couple of pairs of socks out of some but the last set did not even make one pair. A waste of money.

I bought a second set of these in case I broke one while I was travelling. The first set I bought last autumn and used successfully until today when I discovered a snag in the middle on one needle stopping stitches sliding. Switched to second new set, and have knitted one round and a needle has snapped in half. Very poor quality, definitely not fit for purpose. I'm going back to karbonz.
