I’ve been using DJEEP lighters for 35 years & they’re my favorite disposables. The longer fork (thumb depressor) helps avoid burns when using for candle lighting, pipe smoking, etc. I did notice that these are very tight to flick at first, which I don’t remember being an issue when I was younger. I’ve never mastered removing the safety feature from the spark wheel without damaging the mechanism, so I just work through the pain until the flint wears down a little and the wheel eases up. I love the wood tone designs. I was buying single units of this design at the drugstore for 3x the price until I found these here, and now I’m on my third “four pack”. Yes, the design is just a sticker; they’re disposable lighters after all. If you frequently have grease or petroleum based moisturizer on your hands, it will eventually penetrate the adhesive at the seam and the sticker may start peeling. Cut the peeled portion off with a razor blade and resist peeling off the rest of it! Five stars. Hope they don’t discontinue the “wood” design!

What cool little lighters. Man, Djeep has really gotten smaller over the years. Back in the 90s they were twice this big. But love the texture of these, well made for what they are. And you did cassette tapes? Total retro, total coolness. My wife took the Metal one, oh well. We don't smoke, we partake, wink wink. If you loved these growing up, they bring back memories that involved long cylindrical tubes with water in them. Your thumb rests on the fuel button all nice like. All the while...things get more interesting. Enjoy!

When I found these on Amazon I had to buy them. I had these growing up as a kid and have not seen them in a long time. They last a long time, have an adjustable flame and all kinds of cool designs in different colors. Worth buying!!!

Hard to find a good lighter, that works every time

These things last twice as long as the competitors, are easier to handle, but cost accordingly.

I absolutely love these lighters! They last a long time, comfortable for damaged hands to light, lovely designs.

I work in the restaurant business which means I'm lighting candles every day and go through lighters like crazy Djeep is my favorite brand and I always buy the 4 pack I was buying from a different distributor but this co is a few dollars cheaper I always carry 2 because I need them for my job but 3 times now the 2nd lighter which I carry in a different pocket did not work when I went to use it. I don't know if perhaps the button gets depressed and the gas leaks out in my pocket or whatever it is I will not be buying from this distributor anymore I'm just really annoyed. This has never happened with lighters from the other company and I'm going back to them. Saving a few bucks is not worth the frustration I feel when I try to use a brand new untouched product thats just been in my pocket for a few days especially at work. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS CO AGAIN!
