feels like crushing a bunch of cardboard boxes
it's designed to dry quickly (works), be breathable (works), and add cushion to existing seats (works). So why only 4 stars? The durometer of the foam is a bit too stiff, and so instead of squishing, it folds and contorts which means when you first sit on it, the crushing sensation is like setting your tushy on a bunch of small, weak cardboard boxes. For me, that's not great.

Comfortable for a fat butt
Put this in my kayak and it was actually very comfortable for my big booty. You don’t feel the kayak plastic beneath you instead it’s a nice cushy pad. It did not slip during my work out and I really didn’t notice it at all aside from being more comfortable

COMFORTABLE!
Arrived on time.Cover fit perfectly.Used 2 days straight AND NO BUTT ACHE!!!Dried quickly when got wet ( gotta love rapids!)Only one concern. No place to hook on carabiner so can secure in kayak. Hopefully it floats, but kinda doubt it...

Using for my kayak seat
My kayak seat is so uncomfortable so really wanted something to take that let me stay out on the water longer! I used the seat cover for the first hour and removed it the second hour. Worked wonderfully, so comfortable. Feels really good and makes a big difference.

Less than half the cost of brand names
Seems to be of good quality. Nice and thick, but really squishy. I'll use it in a Oru Kayak under the stock seat cushion. Name brand Oru cushion is $69. This is a deal at less than half that price.Hope it holds up for years.

Very Comfortable
I used this for a 3 day canoe trip. I could tell within 2 minutes that I was glad I bought it. Held up great for my trip and was very comfortable.

Thin for some but great for light weight
Used it on kayaks.Was a bit thin for someone 190lbs but works for the kids or anyone lighter. Not for all day use but helps.

Uncomfortable
This cushion fit my recumbent bike seat perfectly and the thickness was good. However, it was quite squashy. The padding seemed to move while I was riding.
