Good Food Easy to Prepare
Just what I was looking for, a big supply of clean dried fava beans. They cook up very nicely and taste great. I eat it with fresh raw garlic and it mellows out the garlic taste tremendously. With butter and salt, these beans are tasty and easy to make.

Super good and good for you!
Fava beans aren’t in many supermarkets so it’s great to have a supply of dried favas on hand. Rinse and soak overnight. Rinse again and simmer in water or broth at 2-3:1 ratio for 30 minutes or so. Add to soups, stews or on salads, etc. high fiber and protein

The fava beans are very low quality, there so small when they should be 4xs the size

Nutritious Flavor Vessels
Healthy legume that shines with seasoning. Vegetable protein, and filling. Not at all like the taste of fresh fava beans, but work much better in curries.

Arrived quickly, great product and packaging
Product and packaging were great. Arrived quickly. I was trying something new and found these beans aren't for me. Being peeled, they cook into a mush very quickly. Just not what I was expecting or looking for.

Small beans
When looking at this, many people will be thinking of full-size broad beans, which are a fairly large bean. Be aware that these are tiny. They are more the size of white beans - and even then much of what is in the package is broken into smaller pieces. These beans might be good for cooking into soup, or something, but won't make what we'd normally think of as a broad bean dish.
