Warning - this product causes heart disease. I am a 55 yr old female, healthy, physical exercise on a WFPB diet for seven years and recent physical said no risk of heart diease. Taking this supplement as directed (per the label) for only three weeks, , gave me tingling sensations in my upper arms, lower legs and feet. I have been wearing thick wool socks on my feet to keep my feet warm day and night, wearing flannel pajamas and two pairs of wool socks to sleep, plus three blankets on top of my down comforter during the month of June, with temps in the mid 70's during the day and low 60's at night. Stopping the supplment for one day brought blood flow and warmth back to my arms legs and feet. The tingling has completely stopped. The supplement is most likely rancid. Besides man made vitamin causes heart disease as does seed oils (sunflower seed oil is in this supplement).

Product clearly shows in product images that this specific product is certified gluten free by GFCO. Product must be stamped with the certification and was not. Unlike other Pure Encapsulations products that are genuinely certified.
