Don’t vote for the pasta party - get this book instead.
I got this book on the recommendation from some members of my running group. It’s got a good introduction that covers a load of nutrition points for runners from half marathon up to ultra, how to fuel long runs and how to properly carb load and hydrate.The recipes are easy to follow and unlike a lot of the books for exercise and nutrition that I’ve followed in the past, you don’t end up with a cupboard full of random seeds and spices never to be used again. Clear concise instructions with honest ingredients and nothing too exotic.Great inspiration to clean up my running diet and keep on top form.

Pitched at Just the Right Level
What I like about this book is how it provides the science and guidelines in a simple manner, easy to use and adapt to anyone's running (I am an older not-too-serious runner who wants to perform and eat better). Easy and good read with great recipes - I do recommend the Japanese Poke bowl with Salmon! I have a nut allergy so finding a number of recipes for protein without nuts is really helpful.

Delicious Recipes, outstanding fuelling!
If you are a runner looking to fuel performance and keep your meal times interesting at the same time, then this cookbook is the one for you!The recipes are easy to follow, the food is packed with all the nutrition we need as active runners and to top it all off, it's all delicious!!A real find and very easy recommendation!

Packed with nutrition gems!
As a relatively new runner, I have learnt that nutrition is a pretty major factor in not just overall health, but in sports performance. I was searching for a good quality nutrition book specifically for runners and I came across this absolute GEM.It’s packed with pretty much all of the information I need to know about my nutrition and I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic cookery book to get the best from your running
Nutritional, tasty and yummy recipes!!Options for all tastes and moods. Love the variety and some running fuel favourites of mine in the form of flapjacks. Yum!!It’s a must buy!!

Great tips for fuelling your runs and delicious recipes
This book is awesome! A definite recommend for runners looking to take their nutrition to the next level.The recipes involve ingredients you can buy from any supermarket, so helps keep the cost down. I find I’m looking forward to my evening meal, instead of scratting around in the back of the freezer.

Brilliant book, well written by someone who clearly knows what they’re talking about. Full of useful, helpful tips and tricks. If you’re reading this and considering buying then consider no more- BUY IT! You won’t regret it.

It’s the book I was looking for!
Very informative and it has solved my problems of not knowing what to eat to be a better runner! Looking forward to trying more (or even all!) recipes.
