I don't find it works very well - everything turns out almost as solid as stone. I'm going to try using the remaining flour to make pasta and see how that turns out for me.

Non sembra senza glutine, ma lo è davvero!
La consegna è stata piu lunga del solito, ma ne vale la pena. Aspettavo da tempo questa farina senza glutine per farci i pancake e sono venuti benissimo!

Consumer beware of high price!
I like this flour, but I paid almost double for what I can get it for in the stores. I did not have a package on hand and thought that this was a bigger package then what I get at my local grocery store. Guess I learned a valuable lesson....Flour is a good product, but consumer be aware of price.
