The PS5 cooler keeps my set from overheating and keeps my controller charged

This PS5 Stand and Cooling Station looks nice and works really well. The charging station makes it easy to keep the controllers charged up and the extra game storage is a nice feature; very convenient. The Value is Decent!

TLDR: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY- out of three stands, the fan stopped working on all three- one stand had issues charging, and fried/short-circuited one of our controllersI was really wanting these to work, but its not a coincidence that all three stands had the same issue with the fan. They are very cheaply made, and the controller light panel almost came off when removing the clear protective covering.The controller that was fried by this stand doesnt charge correctly now, and constantly thinks the battery is low, even though its charged. It doesn't die due to low battery, it just constantly sends a low battery warning on screen. It will charge for a few seconds, then stop, then start again.Maybe this worked out for the better though, becuase as it turns out, you really don't want to keep your PS5 upright. The cooling component slowly melts over time, ruining your console. I am purchasing a horizontal stand instead.HERE IS WHY I ORDERED 3: At first I ordered just one, liked it, so I ordered a second for my husbands console too. After the second arrived I noticed the first wasnt working as well, the fan wasn't as strong, but kept it anyways. After another day or two the fan started making a super loud grinding sound, so I ordered a replacement, thinking it was just a faulty unit. Nope. The replacement (third stand) also had the same problem, the fan started grinding super loud after a few days. Then just a few days later the second stand (my husbands) had the same issue. All three the fans gave out within a week. Charging issue aside, their main purpose is the cooling fan, and that clearly doesnt work.

I would probably give this a 3.5 if I could. It is super easy to assemble and the game storage properly holds all my discs without them shaking or falling over. Both charging stands work great, I would just be careful to make sure you properly put the controller on the stand. My biggest complaint is that while this is supposed to be a cooling stand, it hardly cools at all. The PS5 is still extremely hot and still heats up the surrounding area of my room.

This definitely help keep my ps5 cooler. Was easy to set up and started working right away.

PS5 Stand and Cooling Station earns a three-star rating from me. While it provides cooling functionality and helps with organization, the loud fan noise, less-than-secure fit, and limited cable management features are noticeable drawbacks. If these issues were addressed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience and make this stand a more compelling option for PS5 owners
