It is a great umbrella to keep multiple people dry at the same time. I purchased this umbrella back in December 2024 and had an issue with it not clipping closed. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved in a very caring and professional way. This company stands behind their product wholeheartedly. They want their customers to be very satisfied with the products that they sell. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted company d/t defects on center rod. Had 2 areas that had linear cracks that made it difficult to open and close. They were quick to solve problem and sent me a replacement. I inspected the new one and NO DEFECTS seen. Opens and closes smoothly.
