Seems good, but check the expiration date
Third time I am purchasing this product, and it seems to be helping. However, it appears that this time they sent me a product that was expiring in the same month..! This explains why the taste felt different this time around.

Great stuff preventing me from getting sore even on leg day! however 6 scoops required; 2 for pre work out ,2 during and 2 post work out u wont feel sore at all ! however it is expensive so will be experimenting with other brands

As with everything else from Kaged Muscle, the L-Glutamine powder is HIGH quality and up there as being the best you can get! Mixes really well in water as well as when added to other supplements!
