Q: Installing the back covers ,,can they be installed without taking the back seats out?

Yes they can. I had no problem. You have to slip a disc thru the elastic strap, between the seat and the back rest to hold it in place. Not complicated at all.

Q: I have a 2019 Silverado. Rear seat is a 60/40 bench seat. will this fit the rear seat. Does this fit?

I have a 2011 Silverado. Not familiar with that new stuff. But, this fits my rear split 60/40 bench seat. The back seat covers are not worth the hassle. The plastic holders don’t stay in place when moving the seat. The cover pops up anytime you lower the seats because the hold down strap is weak. I’d only buy the front covers.
